Bubble Brunch ft. Chandon | April 23, 2023
Charlotte Wine + Food Week presented by Truist brought back our beloved brunch for the 3rd year with a twist. What was a rosé all day affair is now an ode to effervescence! Guests at this year’s Bubble Brunch on Sunday, April 23 went on a 4-course tasting journey featuring one of California’s top sparkling wine producers, Domaine Chandon. Guests dined alfresco on the garden terrace of the Carillon Tower in uptown Charlotte while enjoying a multi-course meal of mouthwatering dishes from Chef Edwin Cruz of uptown’s newcomer breakfast and lunch hotspot, ARBOL Eatery.
Special guests included Brian Fairleigh, Brand and Wine Education Manager at Chandon and Chef Edwin Cruz, Owner and Chef of Edwin’s Organix and ARBOL Eatery.
Featured Sparkling Wines included Chandon Garden Spritz, Chandon Brut, Chandon By the Bay Blancs de Blancs, Chandon Blanc des Pinot Noir and Chandon Rosé.
Balloons and the tablescape were provided by All Day Siorée.
All proceeds benefited A Child’s Place, Augustine Literacy Project, GenOne, and The Learning Collaborative.
