Charlotte Wine + Food Board Chairman Emeritus Pat Phillips and his wife Debbie hosted a special evening of fine wine curated from his personal cellar paired with cuisine by Eric Ferguson and Cat Carter of L’Ostrica. This private invite-only affair, sold as part of the Charlotte Wine & Food Week 2022 Auction, was a special fundraiser celebration and featured a custom 6-course menu and 11 wines.
Special thanks to David & Mary Francis for hosting the dinner at their private residence.
Featured wines included a sparkling wine blind tasting for the reception followed by the following 100-point rated wines: 2012 M.
