Charity Check Presentation Celebration

We wrapped up Charlotte Wine + Food's 36th year of fundraising by distributing $400,000 to four Charlotte-area children's charities including A Child’s Place - a program of Thompson Child & Family Focus, Augustine Literacy Project, GenOne, and The Learning Collaborative at a Check Presentation Celebration. Collectively these incredible charities promote upward mobility in Charlotte through an array of services and serve over 1000 children in our community!

On behalf of Charlotte Wine + Food and our charitable beneficiaries, thank you to all of our supporters who made this possible - sponsors, restaurants and caterers, vintners, distributors, retailers, auction donors and bidders, board, staff, volunteers, and event attendees!

A short awards presentation was held at the celebration. Congratulations to our fiscal 2024 award winners:
The Bob Redd Award for outstanding industry supporter went to Cat Carter, Co-Owner at L’Ostrica.
The Chairman's Award for outstanding board supporter went to CW+F Board Member Jill Trainor.
