Charity Check Presentation Celebration

We wrapped up Charlotte Wine + Food's 32nd year of fundraising by distributing $75,000 to four Charlotte-area children's charities including GenOne, Mitchell's Fund, The Learning Collaborative, and The Relatives at an outdoor, socially-distant Check Presentation Celebration. Thank you to our board members, sponsors, patrons, volunteers, and partners for making this possible!
Special thanks to Palmer Steel & Maria Francis for hosting the celebration at their residence.
A short awards presentation was held at the celebration. Congratulations to our fiscal 2020 award winners:
Chairman's Award for outstanding board service - Donald Cleven
The Bobb Red Award for outstanding industry supporter - Birdie Yang, Owner of Baku, Yama Izakaya and Yama Asian Fusion.
