Vintner Dinner with Corkbuzz

Charlotte Wine & Food Weekend hosted a restaurant vintner dinner featuring Corkbuzz and DAOU Vineyards. Special guests included Fred Dame, Master Sommelier; Caitlyn Hadley, Regional Sales Manager with DAOU Vineyards; and Laura Fiorvanti, Master Sommelier and Proprietor of Corkbuzz Restaurant & Wine Bar. The evening consisted of a reception and four-course meal prepared by Executive Chef Anthony Salvato.
Featured wines included the 2018 DAOU Vineyards Paso Robles Chardonnay, 2017 DAOU Vineyards Reserve Chardonnay, 2017 DAOU Vineyards Paso Robles Cabernet, 2016 DAOU Vineyards Reserve Cabernet and the 2017 The Pessimist by DAOU Vineyards.
