Charlotte Wine + Food hosted the Fried Chicken & Champagne Brunch at Biblo featuring Champagnes and still wines from the cellar of Donald and Brenda Thompson. Guests enjoyed a multi-course meal prepared by Executive Chef Sam Hart of Counter- and Biblio.
Featured wines included the 2008 Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut, 2013 Louis Roederer Cristal Millesime Brut, 2014 Bollinger La Grande Année Brut, 2003 Dom Pérignon P2 Pléntitude Brut, 2003 Dom Pérignon P2 Pléntitude Brut, 2016 Colgin Cellars Tychson Hill Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, Krug Rosé 26ème Édition, 2013 Lokoya Winery Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon, 2016 Morlet Family Vineyards Passionément Cabernet Sauvignon, and 2016 Cedric Bouchard Roses de Jeanne 'Les Ursules' Blanc de Noirs.
