Private Vintner Dinner with Drift on Lake Wylie

Charlotte Wine + Food Board Member Dr. Hannon, and his wife, Suzy, and Board Member Dr. Ness , and his wife, Laurie hosted an invite-only charity vintner dinner featuring Wagner Family of Wine (Caymus, Emmolo, and Mer Soleil). Guests enjoyed a multi-course meal prepared by Executive Chef Nicolas Daniels of Drift on Lake Wylie and a visit from Duane Rose, National Sales Manager at Wagner Family of Wine.

Featured wines included Emmolo No. 4 Sparkling Wine Methode Traditionnelle, 2020 Mer Soleil Reserve Chardonnay, 2019 Emmolo Merlot, 2020 Caymus Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon, 2017 Caymus Vineyards Special Selection Cabernet Sauvignon, and the 2019 Caymus Suisun “The Walking Fool” Red Blend.

All proceeds benefited A Child’s Place, Augustine Literacy Project, GenOne, and The Learning Collaborative.
