Charlotte Wine + Food Week presented by Truist held a restaurant dinner at Mizu featuring the finest sakes from one of Japan’s most renowned and sought-after breweries - Tatenokawa! The special guests of the evening included Sara Guterbock, Advanced Sake Professional at New York Mutual Trading, Inc and Executive Chef Luis Vargas Diaz from Mizu. The Charlotte Wine & Food Board Member host for the evening was Don Cleven.
