Vintner Dinner with Porcupine Provisions

Guests enjoyed an exploration of some of the world’s best Pinot Noir and Chardonnay during this side-by-side tasting of the iconic wines of Burgundy’s Bouchard Père & Fils next to wines from Willamette Valley’s Beaux Frères - both part of the Maisons & Domaines Henriot portfolio.
This event was generously hosted at the private residence of Bruce & Leslie Schlernitzauer, proprietors of Porcupine Provisions, who also curated and cooked the evening’s menu. The event was held outdoors on an expansive covered patio.
The special guests of the evening included Chris Lozano - Regional Market Manager, South Atlantic; Maisons & Domaines Henriot America and Ryan Faddis - Sales Manager, Beaux Frères Vineyard & Winery.
Featured wines included the 2012 Champagne Henriot Brut Millesime, 2019 Beaux Frères Chardonnay | 2018 Bouchard Père et Fils Meursault Les Clous, 2019 Beaux Frères Willamette Valley Pinot Noir | 2018 Bouchard Père et Fils Beaune Du Château 1er Cru Rouge, 2019 Beaux Frères Beaux Frères Vineyard Pinot Noir, 2017 Bouchard Père et Fils Le Corton, 2019 Beaux Frères Belles Sœurs Pinot Noir, 2018 Bouchard Père et Fils Volnay en Chevret 1er Cru, and the 2012 Champagne Henriot Rosé Millesime.
All proceeds benefited A Child’s Place, Augustine Literacy Project, GenOne, and The Learning Collaborative.
