Rosé Around the World Brunch Featuring Edwin’s Organix

Charlotte Wine + Food Week presented by Truist held a Rosé Brunch at the Wine Vault - Elizabeth on Sunday, April 21. Guests indulged in the pink-hued paradise as they enjoyed a one-of-a-kind food pairing amidst the aroma of freshly popped rosé corks. Our multi-course brunch spread was a culinary masterpiece, meticulously crafted this year by Chef Edwin Cruz of Edwin’s Organix. Rosé - from sparkling to still, classic Rosés from the south of France and modern iterations made in the New World - were featured. Guests donned pink attire in all shades. 

The Wine Vault’s Owner, Tim Wallace, served as our guide on this around-the-world flight of R-O-S-È, YES WAY!

Featured Rosés included the Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial Champagne, Weingut Leo Hillinger 'Secco' Rosé NV, Carolina Rosato, Bonnet Orange, Ameztoi Rubentis Txakolina Rosé, Campuget ‘1753’ Rosé, Le Galantin Bandol Rosé, and Moët & Chandon Rosé Nectar Impérial.

All proceeds benefited A Child’s Place, Augustine Literacy Project, GenOne, and The Learning Collaborative.
