fEATURING DEL DOTTO VINEYARDS
Join us at The Club at Longview for an unforgettable evening in support of Charlotte-area children's charities. Experience a multi-course wine pairing dinner featuring the renowned wines of Del Dotto Vineyards from Napa Valley with special guest Desirée Del Dotto, Chief Operating Officer, Marketing Director, and Co-Owner of
Del Dotto. The dinner will be specially curated by Chef John McGregor of The Club at Longview.
Del Dotto Vineyards, founded in 1989 on its Rutherford Estate, is renowned for its rich, luscious wines and innovative approach to winemaking. With seven meticulously chosen vineyard sites across six appellations in Napa Valley and Sonoma Coast, Del Dotto crafts exceptional varietals, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and more. The winery is celebrated for its unique barrel tasting experiences, where guests can explore how French and American oak barrels enhance the flavors of their wines while preserving the distinct characteristics of each vineyard. Del Dotto’s commitment to quality and creativity is evident in their single-barrel, single-vineyard bottlings—rare, limited-production wines often referred to as “liquid art.” Certified as a California Sustainable Winegrower, Del Dotto employs organic farming principles, including hand-weeding and the use of resident sheep, to maintain the highest standards of environmental stewardship. With decades of dedication, Del Dotto continues to produce world-class wines that define the excellence of Napa Valley.

CULINARY & BEVERAGE TALENT
DESIRÉE DEL DOTTO | CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, MARKETING DIRECTOR, CO-OWNER, AND SECOND GENERATION VINTNER - DEL DOTTO VINEYARDS
Desirée Del Dotto is Chief Operating Officer, Marketing Director, Co-Owner, and Second-Generation Vintner at Del Dotto Family Wineries & Caves in Napa Valley, California, where she has played an instrumental role in bringing her family’s vision to fruition for the duration of her career.
In her role as COO and Marketing Director, Desirée oversees operations that produce around 20,000 cases of wine per year from the family’s estate vineyards that include 67 planted acres of vines in iconic Napa AVAs, including Oakville, St. Helena, Rutherford, Howell Mountain, and Pritchard Hill; Del Dotto also holds 41 acres of planted vines in the Fort Ross-Seaview AVA on the rugged Sonoma Coast. An increasing rarity in the Napa Valley, Del Dotto is family-owned, and operated, and celebrated their 30th vintage of winemaking in 2024.
Desirée spent her childhood years in Kona, Hawaii, moving with her family back to the mainland in 1988 after her parents purchased the original Rutherford Estate property that would become the base for their wine-growing operation. In 1999, while still a student at St. Helena High School, Desirée began her first job at the winery in the administrative offices. Over the course of the next 27 years, Desirée invested her time and energy into all aspects of the operation, exhibiting her inherited entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to the family business.
JOHN MCGREGOR | EXECUTIVE CHEF - THE CLUB AT LONGVIEW
Chef John McGregor, a Wisconsin native, moved to Charlotte from Milwaukee in 2000 to complete his culinary training at Central Piedmont. After gaining experience working at Firethorne Country Club in nearby Marvin NC, Chef John joined the team at Providence Country Club and over time rose to the position of Executive Sous Chef. In 2022, he joined the Longview team as Executive Chef. While smoking meats is Chef John’s favorite practice in the kitchen (his German Shepherds are named Brisket & Pepper!), he truly has a soft spot for enjoying traditional low-country cuisine from his adopted states. In his time away from work Chef John enjoys rooting on his home-town Packers, Brewers and Bucks, spending time at home with his wife and family, and is a proud girl-dad of three lovely daughters!
